A few of the animations are Rotoscope. Animation of live video. That is the ones your probably seeing that are more human body shaped. Its a length process but usually has pretty cool results.
The biggest tip to animation right off is give yourself time. Don't hurry yourself so much. Invest some time into the work you're doing.
Start off small. I've seen to many people make this mistake. I'm even guilty of it. Don't plan a huge project that you become over whelmed with. You'll end up burned out or dropping the project all together.
Draw a lot. Don't criticize your own work to much. And enjoy it.

Your Krang impression is freaking awesome man. Feel bad making you have to wait for so damn long. I'm just the biggest procrastinator when it comes to this animation. Its coming out okay. Even if it is a bad animation I'm going to finish it. Invested to much time to just drop it now.
